Bio

Kendall Rose is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, RRCA-Certified Run Coach, and CIM Ambassador who has quickly become a influential voice in the Dallas running community. When she's not crushing miles on the pavement, she works in supply chain management for a large CPG company and serves as the Dallas City Lead for Forever Athletes Sporting Club. Growing up in North Dallas, Kendall was a competitive soccer player and varsity cross country and track athlete. After earning her BBA in Supply Chain Management from Texas A&M University, she found herself sedentary and struggling to incorporate fitness into adult life—a relatable experience for many in their early 20s. Her return to running came unexpectedly through her Goldendoodle puppy, Millie, who had a knack for waking up at 4 AM on Sundays when Kendall's F45 studio was closed. After one Sunday morning run turned into a surprisingly good 4-miler, Kendall progressively built up to a half marathon, thinking, "I might as well try 5 miles next week." That casual progression led to a 1:35 debut and reignited her passion for running. Since that first half marathon in December 2021, Kendall has become a 2x half marathoner and 4x full marathoner, including a memorable experience at the 2024 Boston Marathon. Her improvement speaks to her dedication and smart training: she's dropped her half marathon time from 1:35 to 1:28 and her marathon time from 3:36 to an impressive 3:04:51 at the 2024 California International Marathon—an 18-minute PR and a performance that has her eyeing a sub-3:00 finish at CIM 2025. As a coach, Kendall works with eight athletes across the country (from San Antonio to Tennessee) and co-leads a 34-person half marathon training program with Not Your Average Run Club in Dallas. She's passionate about the intersection of running and strength training, programming her own resistance work and helping others understand that coaching is "90% learning someone's life, 10% programming"—fitting running into people's schedules in healthy, sustainable ways. When she's not logging miles with Pegasus, White Rock Running Co-op, or Frisco Running Club, you'll find Kendall nerding out about race strategy, helping runners execute the perfect race plan, or convincing people that blowing up at a 5K is actually a valuable learning experience.
